I love Dr. Choi! Had seen Dr. Sleboda the first 2 times I went in., but, now have been going for 6 months and seeing only Dr. Choi. They are both wonderful and very thorough even when very busy with many patients waiting. Front desk staff, especially Vanessa, are very kind both on the phone and in person. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I like this office very much. ☺️

Prior to coming in for the appt i appreciated the constant appt reminders and the online precheckin helped make the in person checkin quick and easy. We met Dr Amini in the west hills location for the first time and we are very impressed with his knowledge and his patience with explaining whats going on with my moms eyes. During the visit he injected my moms eyes with medicine and as a result my mom says she already sees a bit of some improvement which is great! She is very happy with the positive improvement, she looks forward to the next appt. I recommend Dr Amini for your eye retinal needs and also the plus is the staff, amazing patient care all around!

Doctor was nice, but everything you read in reviews from other locations or under their old name, California Eye Specialists, is true. Very corporate and very questionable practices with unnecessary billing. I decided to give them a chance because my insurance covered them. I won't again. They start by trying to get you to sign an arbitration agreement and asking to share your info with other businesses for marketing (you can decline these). Even by 30 minutes into the day, they're at least 30 minutes behind (noted in many reviews). They decided I should get a retina scan, but instead of just charging around $50 like most offices, they claimed they could get my insurance to cover it if I let them check and come back. They then used this as an excuse to charge for a full new visit and wanted to charge a combined total of $400 for that second visit and retina scan. After repeated calls between visits, the office gave me a number of run arounds, claiming insurance would cover it but not giving me details "because they didn't know what the doctor would be doing". Turns out the front desk was able to run new codes and check coverage immediately when I was in the office without needing the billing dept to look into it (there was confusion on which codes to use when I went in the second time, so I saw this first hand when I finally learned the new $400 bill amount). There was no reason to come back for the second visit besides allowing the office to bill for a whole new visit.

Fantastic doctor with a great personality. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. I highly recommend this doctor and this place for all of you eye issues including surgery and treatments. Plus they have a great selection of eye glasses. Kudos to Azul

Dr. Quinton was very personable and caring. I had lots of questions, and even though it was late in the day on a Friday afternoon, he graciously answered all of them!
