Appt June 2026 I called in to schedule an appointment for my husband and I. As soon as we went into the office, we were greeted. The office is clean, neat, and spacious. We checked in and filled out paperwork. We were called in within a few minutes of arriving. Dr. Escobar answered all of my questions about eye health and my eyes. And she was funny! We appreciated her energy, while being professional in her explanations. After my exam, Ashley helped me find a new pair of glasses. She was very kind, gave me a detailed breakdown, and guided me through the add ons. Everyone was great! Thank you! Leaving this review to recommend to everyone.

Excellent experience!!!!!!!! From my first phone call with Ilana to my visit with Dr. Francisca Escobar, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The office is beautiful, clean, and equipped with modern technology. I was seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and I felt listened to and respected. Highly recommend! Unorganized and unhelpful staff. The first issue was when I made an appointment they never sent the full address, just a message saying, “ Hello, this is FYidoctors - West Hills - Topanga Canyon Blvd. We wanted to remind you of your appointment today at 9:00 AM. See you soon!” When I called to get the actual street address, the woman on the phone didn’t even let me finish my question and told me they don’t take my insurance. I had called my insurance and they updated the system, and I was told by my insurance they things are clear on my end and yes this company regularly sees patients with my insurance. The woman on the phone was sounded like a broken record— “can’t see you. Your insurance doesn’t work.” She offered me no solutions, just kept talking over me to let me know “we don’t take your insurance” even though I had followed her instructions and gotten confirmation that they did in fact take my insurance. I’ve never had these types of issues booking at other places, and I had waited 5-6 weeks to try to get seen by this doctor. It was a frustrating experience

Came in today with a broken frame and they were super helpful. Beatrice helped me out and she was super nice and easy to talk to. She worked with what I had and found the best possible frame for my glasses. Overall great service. Everyone was kind and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses or an optometrist.

I’ve been coming here for years, and what can I say? The staff is amazing; Patty is the main person who has assisted me and she is wonderful, and Dr. Stevin M. is an excellent doctor—I definitely recommend him, as well as Dr. Escobar. The place is clean and they have a wide variety of glasses. 🫶🏻🙌🏻
