I had an excellent experience at Bakersfield Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, professional staff who made me feel welcome. The optometrist made my eye exam easy, comfortable, and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. A special thank you to Deborah, the optician, who made the entire experience exceptional. She made the intake process smooth and organized, and by the time my exam was finished, she already had several frames picked out that matched my style. Her recommendations made choosing my new glasses simple and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The level of customer service at Bakersfield Eye Care truly stands out. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I had a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Bakersfield Eye Care for anyone looking for glasses! My eye exam was incredibly quick and efficient. Right after the exam, the optician, Deborah, already had a curated selection of glasses set out for me. She knew exactly what I was looking for, which made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. They have a variety of frames to choose from. Deborah was patient and ensured everything was good when I picked my glasses up. Plus, the turnaround time to get my glasses made was impressively fast.

Office staff was professional and helpful. It was my first time at Bakersfield Eye Care and I saw Dr. Hur who was extremely helpful, listened and addressed concerns I had with my previous prescription/brand of contacts (from a different office and Dr.), and recommend a new brand of contacts which are already so much more comfortable. They were on time with my appointment and I was in and out in around 30 minutes which was amazing. Highly recommend this office!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Eye Care office when I purchased my glasses The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however, once I started having problems with my glasses attitude, change completely Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff were rude dismissive, and willing to provide proper assistance . Customer service should continue after the sale. unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating, and I would not recommend this office based on their poor customer service after the purchase.

Yesterday was one of the most miserable days of my life. I got got something in my eye on the way to work. Got to work and immediately flushed it at the eye wash station. Didn't help. By 8:00 I was unfit to drive. Had my brother drive me from Lake Isabella to Bakersfield to Bakersfield Eye Care and was checked in as a new patient and in front of a Doctor in less than ten minutes. Dr. Pham spent around 20 minutes with me doing multiple procedures to fix the problem. I woke up this morning with almost zero effects of yesterday. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Pham and Bakersfield Eye Care.
