Visiting this office was legitimately the best experience that I have had in a medical office in a long time. The doctor was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain everything to me. I was almost shocked at how easy and pleasant the appointment was. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and patient as well. I am so happy to be getting help here.
They really listen, care, understand, and even so supportive, more so during a much needed eye surgery that I had to have done at their Bolthouse location. Dr. Walia, front staff, and back staff like Jasmine and Maria are all amazing staff with Angel hearts to match. I know why their locations are always so busy. Thanks again for my eye health help. I had a really good experience at West Coast Eye Institute. I took my son with me, and the doctors and staff were great with both of us. They did a thorough eye exam, answered all of our questions, and were very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly, and the whole visit was smooth and comfortable. We received excellent care, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
Absolutely recommend Dr. Walia And his team. They made the whole experience super easy and painless. He answered any question I had before and he explains the entire procedure as he is operating which keeps you at ease. Julia was very helpful leading up to the procedure and is there for any questions after.
Staff is very professional and friendly . Dr.Walia makes you feel very comfortable and talks to you throughout the procedure . Very pleasant experience ! recommend to everyone ! I can’t believe how good I can see in Day 0 of my cataract sx . He really is a nice Dr !
