If you get your annual eye exam here, already previously being diagnosed with cataracts, and the doctor mentions them and then internally codes this as a diagnosis, you will be billed under your medical insurance. This seems crazy, knowing that you already are aware of the condition. It is a double dipping of medical/vision services. Beware! Do not let the Dr. “diagnose” something you already know!
