Very efficient and thorough as well. Front desk staff verified insurance would cover a majority of costs and Dr. Shen was a very thorough and welcoming professional, answering all my questions and providing insight and her expertise about my appointment. I did forget to get my IPD officially measured, but that's on me! The wait list to see her is quite full, so make sure to drop by in advance and schedule accordingly. If anything, it shows me that the staff at Bartlett are doing an exceptional job! Thanks again.

Have been a patient here for several years now. The office staff are all efficient and overall outstanding. I love Dr La and his assistant Anna. They take very good care of my eyes & explain, discuss and answer any questions in layman's terms. Stress free process & my insurance covers everything but the co-pay.

Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment 3 months out which they cancelled 2 days before. If you have insurance through VSP, avoid this clinic. They will promise you service and then attempt to upsell you right before or on the day of your appt, claiming that VSP is out of their network and out of pocket costs must be made. They wouldn't even try billing the insurer, instead suggesting that I just pay for it. This place is purely focused on revenue and not service. avoid at all costs.

Very happy with my decision try out this local Kenmore area clinic. I've never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Shen's is easy to talk with and does an incredible job explaining conditions.

Dr. Ken was kind and friendly during my visit, which I appreciated. However, as a first-time patient coming in for a routine annual exam, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency around add-on services. I wasn’t told ahead of time that retinal photos were not included in the standard exam and would cost an additional $39 out of pocket. Patients should be informed of any extra charges before services are performed. I also ran into repeated errors in my new patient information (email and address) that I had to correct multiple times, including again when setting up the patient portal, which was frustrating and time-consuming. On a positive note, the clinic did ask for my consent before performing the contact lens test.
