If i could put zero i would for the blond in the optical who is zero help! Very uppity very rude no empathy no help what so ever. The Dr's are the best nurses are very professional tyne girls the front desk are ok but Jennifer in the front is great! I'm switching to a different eye dr because of the attitude of the blonde on optical this want the first she hit me wrong but it will be the last!
I have been a patient at Bay Eye Care for many many years and never had an issue with them until NOW!! I simply tried to call and schedule an appointment with a new doctor because my insurance changed and I was discussed by the service I had with a woman named Heather!!!! She was by far the rudest person I have EVER talked to there!! She talked to me like I'm a child and I am 45 years old!! I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I will NEVER go back there again and I hope someone talks to her because that was completely rude and uncalled for!!!
I recently saw Dr Yaworksi (sp?) and she was phenomenal. The nurse I saw was so patient and kind and so was my doctor. I've never had an eye doctor show me such kindness during an eye test, and I'm finally wearing glasses after 10 years. I am so grateful to the staff here. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Great place to have your eyes checked. Front/Back Desk gals are compassionate and professional. They all make your appointment an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend them. ❤️🥰
Very nice and upscale ophthalmologist office. The staff, especially the receptionist make you feel at ease. The Dr is great and explains everything to you. Good selection of frames.
