⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Bay State Eye Associates! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The reception staff and the eyeglass department were incredibly friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. The ladies helping me choose my frames even gave me their honest opinions, which I really appreciated. My eye doctor was fantastic. He was down to earth, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who truly listens and makes you feel comfortable. The entire experience, from my eye exam to choosing my glasses, was excellent. I highly recommend Bay State Eye Associates to anyone looking for professional, caring, and knowledgeable eye care. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had an incredible experience! The reception was super friendly and accommodating to my 3yr old son being with me, same with the doctor, he was so nice to him and entertained him even thought the routine exam was for me! Thank you guys!

When?\n I first went there. I bought a pair of eyeglasses there. The price was right, the people were friendly. This time I decided to do my eye exam there again. The price was right. The people were very friendly, very impressed with them. I have recommended them to family members. Co-workers, they are good.

Best eye care place , I go there as well with my children . Never once have I had a bad experience always friendly , on time , helpful and makes you feel welcome . Anytime I have a question always someone willing to help with a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work everyone at baystate .

First time visit. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. The doctor provided a thorough eye exam and answered all questions. We’ve found a new practice for future visits.
