I absolutely love the employees at this facility. I feel respected and cared for. I have never been disrespected. Its always so clean and fresh. After 6 heart attacks, a stroke and 2 back surgeries I know imin good hands.

I did not have a good experience here. They treated me like I was lying about my conditions before they even opened my chart. They asking me if I had records that I was diagnosed. When I said yes, they then asked in other ways to "prove it". Once they finally opened my medical records, I saw them "verify" everything I was saying. It caused the appointment to shift from going there for help into "prove to me that you have these conditions." I felt like I was put on trial and they decided I was guilty regardless of if I had proof or not. The doctor was not at all knowledge with what they were referring either. This clinic is are not good at all for chronic conditions and barely good for referrals.
I have been a long-standing patient with Harris Health, and this is my first experience with dissatisfaction. I am concerned that a physician instructed me to send a message regarding medication efficacy, yet I have not received a response after sending two messages. The lack of communication is concerning and creates the impression of a lack of physician engagement.
Alexandra M Ward PSYCHIATRIC IN BAYTOWN, just to let yall now you if you suffer from panic attacks, anxiety or anything related to that effect, don't see this so call "PSYCHIATRIC" she will only judge you, and say you want a certain type of medication, and she would want you to continue to take whatever doesn't work for you. She denied me my prescription just cause I was really nervous and with a lot of anxiety, so she accused me of taking something, saying I was having a hart time finding my word witch mind you English isn't my first language, and left me waiting on the video call For a hour before even called me. She's literally pathetic, and I can almost bet she prescribed to ppl the don't even need it.. dont waste your time with her she will only make you feel wrose! She also said cause I was in my car she wouldn't send my prescription to the pharmacy... she literally makes you feel like crap. Stop acting like you care about helping ppl. Edit: she also recommended me to keep getting my medication illegally, and keep taking that! Great advice "PSYCHIATRIC Ward"
