The only reason they get a 2 is because Dr Abbas is great. The office is a joke. They never call back and bill for copay that have already been paid! I get a bill in the mail saying I owed 25 copay from April 2024. No. I paid that at time of service. I call the number listed for billing and that is another company. I was told call the office to speak to an account manager. I called at least 6 times. Not once have they answered so I leave messages. Guess what? They NEVER return my call. Then this year I had an appointment in April again. Well my hubby has cancer and I had to go with him for a procedure. So the day before I call to reschedule at 2 the next day. Later I find out my hubby is very ill so I called to cancel (still the day before) and not one of my 3 calls are answered between 3 and 5pm. The next day they call and say no problem we will reschedule for 3. I said no I will not be available at 3 since our appt was at 2. No way I would get there in time. I received a text saying there may be a no show fee of 35. I called and said I will not pay the no show fee since they made it impossible to get there. What do I get in the mail? A bill for 60!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Dr Abbas is a great dr but I will never go back there due to incompetence in his office! Get new workers Dr Abbas before you lose all your business. No wonder they have so many openings available. DO NOT GO IF YOU DONY WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING!

This place is wonderful from my first call Make an appointment Seema Raza was very accommodating; then the extensive examination was very comfortable, even though there was a lot to it. Then Dr Asad Abbas was very careful of anything that might invade my space that’s important to me and I always enjoy being treated carefully. Then Dr Abbas‘s surgery coordinator (Amie) Could not have been better. She took several calls from me in addition to doing all the paperwork and has just held my hand all the way through this. The best part of this Has been The excellent results in my cataract removal experience. The ease of the recovery is astounding. I can’t say enough!

Dr. Abbas has treated me for years. As far as experience and treatment he is second to none. Unfortunately with quality comes a bigger client base. There comes a point when everyone, including doctors should know their limitations. The last 2 times here it has taken over 3 1/2 hours. They will blow your phone up with reminders and texts about your appointments and letting you know you will be charged if you now show. They have NO respect for the patient’s time and needs. We sat waiting for 2 1/2 hours before being placed in the waiting room in back. I know it’s all about the bottom dollar but respect the time of your patients.

I wanted to wait a month or so before writing any review over Dr. Abbas because I wanted to see how well I healed or if I had any complications after my surgery. I visited for a chalazion removal. From the very start, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I do not have insurance so I explained to them my difficult financial situation and they offered me way to set up a payment plan. I was nervous before my procedure, but he helped me remain calm by explaining to me the procedure as he was operating. He made me feel very safe! Highly recommend!

I am a caretaker and I visted Dr. Abbas's office with my patient and the doctors were wonderful and had excellent bed side manner and I would recommend him to anyone having trouble with their eyes or in need of glasses or contacts. The only complaint I have is the office manager I believe her name is Phyllis. She was so unprofessional and as I was sitting in the loby waiting on my patient to finish up, the front desk girl came in from lunch who by the way is just as pleasant as the doctors with a wonderful attitude and very helpful and refreshing but as she came in from lunch, the office manager Phyllis started screaming and yelling at the poor girl for taking her full lunch brake which I was confused by but not only was she yelling at her she was cussing at her and all this was done in front of patients. I have never seen something so unprofessional before in my life and she continued on bashing at the poor front desk girl until she was in tears. I usually don't write reviews but I could not let this one go un noticed because I'm sure with this lady being the office manager the poor front desk girl is helpless. I recommend Dr. Abbas to anyone looking for an eye doctor and my only advise to you is to never deal with Phyllis if you can help it! She is incredibly rude and I hope the front desk girl, I believe her name is Andria, I wish her the best in dealing with the office manager from hell!!!
