I bought my glasses here almost 2 years ago for safety glasses Wiley X. The first pair came in there was a scratch on the lens and they were gonna send it back. It was just a little penetration hole looking scratch in the tent, but I need glasses right away cause my other glasses were old prescription was gone so this was a new prescription so they gonna send it back and there was like we’ll have the other ones here in two weeks so I said well let me wear those for now. I’ll pay for them so they gave them to me for $400 original cost is $1400 for one pair and my insurance only pays 400 so I’m paying 1000 so when they said $400 for a scratch pair, I was like that’s better than having none so I took them. Those glasses are still with me scratched up old but they’re still work. The other glasses came in went and picked them up had them for about four months and the arm broke off so I took him back and asked him to repair the arms. Oh you need a whole new frame. OK well they’re under warranty for a year so yeah go ahead year later and I still haven’t got my glasses back and they call me up yesterday and told me your glasses are ready I walk them and pick them up in the morning on Friday, which is today the next day I’ve been sitting in front of the office since 9 AM. It’s already 11 o’clock. There’s no answer on the phone no call forwarding no cell phone call no way of finding out if they’re coming in today or not so 48 mile drive over here so I’m wasting my gas in my time coming here and I can’t get an answer whether there’s gonna be somebody here today. Very poor customer service very poor. I’m tired of it. I would suggest never using this place unless it was the last place on earth LensCrafters is much better Walmart lenses unfortunately Costco doesn’t make safety glasses and they have the best service for optical in the world. I wouldn’t suggest this to my enemies. It’s torture.
