My doctor was Keisha short no matter what time my appointment was, I always got seen late. I figured maybe you know, sometimes coming even like an hour early before my appointment and still waiting and when I finally got called is way past my time this long that this Doctor has taken and for them to have the nurse to tell me only one or two people in front of me or just straight up that the doctor is not even in the office yet that’s crazy. You should have some respect for your patience that are waiting for you. If I could give no stars, I would. I highly Recommend advantage care on 447 Atlantic ave If you looking for Obstetrics and Gynecology I highly recommend Bruno Casanova, MD. He always listens.

5 stars for rheumatologist Dr King Goh. He explained everything and diagnosed my issue right away. The rest of the staff and lady at information can pound sand.

From the start of making my call, staff was simple, call rep was professional. Caller handled my concern and was very helpful, efficient, and courteous. Upon entering you can tell the space has been renovated very beautifully. Making it more modern and up to date. All my concerns were met and even though I was at the wrong place the Nurse Practitioner redirected me to the appropriate physician. I recommend Nostrand over Montague due to the professionalism and courtesy of the workers. They cared at Nostrand and Montague didn’t. Nostrand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is a total recommendation.

This place is completely unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get a simple return-to-work form filled out, and they keep giving me the runaround. The form clearly says it needs to be filled out by a physician, but they told me to take it to a physical therapist instead. Then they hit me with “the doctor’s out until late July” with no one available to help in the meantime. To make it worse, the first doctor I saw—Dr. Srina—never even documented my visits or the paperwork I gave them. So now my chart is basically empty, and I’m the one suffering because of it. I’ve been out of work for over a year, trying to do the right thing, and this office has done nothing but make it harder. If you actually want proper care and communication, avoid this place. Seriously.

The absurd level of difficulty trying to get a referral from this place has frustrated me so much. They also treat you like a checklist, and make you feel like they just want to get to the next patient. I hope to find a primary care provider who is a better fit for me that takes my insurance. Update: I got a new PCP, no more Advantage for me!
