Belk Eye Clinic

For about the past decade or so I have been going to Belk Eye Clinic for my vision care including my glasses. All the staff and physicians at Belk's are all extremely friendly and highly skilled professionals. If I have any questions they are always answered in terms in which I can relate to. The clinic as I have observed maintains the state of the art equipment in order to help provide the physicians the best diagnoses in analyzing ones vision. Services and glasses are all reasonable priced. Belk maintains a very large inventory of frames that consist of the major brands. I like to take this time to recognize Dr. Williston being my primary doctor over the years. I do appreciate all the other doctors but prefer to see the same doctor each visit. Over all I highly recommend Belk Eye Clinic and I will continue using them for all my eye needs. Thanks!

Had a great visit for a new prescription. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Everyone from the receptionist to the eye doctor were friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you for a great experience.

New to the area and a new customer. Impressive! Staff and Dr. Belk. Great attitude and all business. Great eye exam and easily diagnosed a right-eye problem. Very little time in the waiting room. I picked up his name from a neighbor. I am glad I went there. Glad to be Dr. Belk's patient. Try them, you'll be glad you did!

I’m thrilled to have found such a professional and Friendly place!!! This was fast, efficient, and affordable!! I’m extremely pleased!!! Ryan assisted me in determining the best features of eye wear! He was Joyful, Helpful, and personable!!! I felt Like I was visiting with an old Friend! He kept a running tab on the features I selected and I left with his card and he reassured me if I needed any assistance even after I receive my new glasses he will be more than helpful to resolve any potential issue!!! Thought it was a good place, but will not be going back! Unfortunately, the wife was assigned a different doc than I had. Instead of doing an exam, like we scheduled the appointment for, she decided to not do anything and call it a "contact fitting". Problem is no actions were taken, or needed seeing as she's worn contact for over twenty years. So, she was handed trial contacts that we ordered, that were her old prescription, and we were charged $75 for nothing. Hope you enjoy the $75 you received instead of the years of future appointments and purchases for the family...Doesn't make any kind of business sense to me, but whatever!
