Every time I visit this clinic I am treated like family! Everyone is so helpful and sweet! Hanna, Dr Walker and Dr Benefield are beyond qualified and thorough with their care! I know I will continue to be a patient here for all of my eye care needs! Cannot wait to have Refractive Lens Exchange in the near future!
So here’s the deal. I’ve worn corrective lenses nearly my whole life. I’ve had a few different eye doctors throughout. I however have never previously had the quality and exceptional service that I’ve received at Benefield Eye Care. I have pretty bad astigmatisms in my eyes and they create a challenge for even the best optometrists and ophthalmologists. Dr. Walker is without a doubt the best eye doctor I have ever had in my life. Her and everyone else that I’ve encountered there do their jobs with care and empathy. They have gone the extra mile every step of the way and have never given up on me even when it was easier to do so with my eye issues. Without them I really don’t think a lot of other eye specialists would have been able to get me to where I am today. They really are the best and you won’t regret coming here for your eye care needs. A sincere thanks to all that work there.
I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, which made the entire visit so much more pleasant. It’s not always easy to find a medical office where you feel both well cared for and valued, but this team absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care with a personal touch.
The office was busy, but, staff was pleasant, and office space was clean. I didn’t have to wait too long. Erika was friendly when checking my eyes. Dr. Walker also was friendly and answered my questions. She also gave me tips for my eye health. She said I had the cleanest eye lashes in Gulfport. Nice to hear! 🤗. Karen in the frame department was friendly too. Overall I had a great experience for my first time to this office.
I have been seeing Dr Benefield for over 20 years. He & his staff are very good. They really care about their patients. They are easy to talk to. They listen to what you say. I highly recommend Dr Benefield. You won't be disappointed!
