The only reason I chose this doctor was because sure it is a preferred provider through my insurance. The receptionists are very nice and professional and the office is clean. I was taken to a room by a tech for some eye tests and left with “he’ll be right in”. He was not. I waited awhile, then looked at the time and waited another 30 minutes before the Dr eventually came in. He seemed nice enough but did not actually do anything but look over the tech’s notes and write a prescription. I believe it is only because my husband, who was in the waiting room, got curious what was taking so long (by this point I’d been in the room nearly an hour) and went to ask. I finally got my prescription and went to the optical shop. I was told my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. My old glasses were broken in a fall so I’ve been unable to see well for a while now. Since it is day 9 of my 7-10 day wait, I called to check. Of course, it took several calls before anyone in the optical shop even answered. I was told it will be at least “another week or so”. Isn’t a delay something that should be communicated to the patient? I’m very disappointed in this office.
I came here for the 1st time ever, I HATE to give it 1 star, but the way the optical technician/contact glasses sales lady "professional"😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅acted, ruined my ENTIRE experience . BRITTANY, made me feel like I was a nuisance, as if she didnt have time...and was VERY uncooperative. I ask could I have a list of prices for lenses and their accessories, she said no, only THEY only have them. Really? Because EVERY SINGLE PLACE I BEEN FOR 40 years, has a proce list of different lense options. I ust wanted to know how much all the different lense options are, so i KNOW how much i can get with insurance coverage as i am on disabilityand have a limited once a month income...... BRITTANY mademe feel like I was a bother and spoke to me VERY rudely. I will give this place 1, more try, I was told she doesn't work monday/Tuesday, so I guess thats when ill go back. Ill give an update, but as far as BRITTANY, I will NEVER deal with her again, and I if I must, ill NEVER come back
