If I could give Misty 0 stars I would. When she measured me for glasses that my UNMC Ophthalmologist prescribed she adjusted the no line bifocal at the norm of 14 inches for reading. When I tried to show her where I hold my laptop computer to read and type, she told me she automatically assumed the length from my eyes to where I type on my laptop was 14 inches (the norm she said). She said she did this for everyone but neglected to tell me this at my initial appointment. I thought she was doing my exact measurements. My length is a little further than 14 inches from the laptop consequently it does not work. If you do use this provider ask for someone other than Misty to fit your glasses. She is extremely argumentative to the point of asking me if I was in the Optical field and that she had been doing this a long time. After spending $900 dollars she said I should return to my UNMC doctor and have him rewrite my prescription. All I need to have done is for the Optical Tech to measure where the bifocal should be adjusted to I can read and type without having to adjust my head to see clearly.

My Mother has a dry eye problem. This was our first visit. Mom is 90+ with hearing loss. She was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Dr. Lempp. Mom actually told me she liked Dr. Lempp and wanted him for all her eyecare.
I called to get an appointment at 9 AM that morning. The nice gentleman who answered said they could get me in the same day. The location was easy to find.I went in and filled out the forms , and was seen immediately. My doctor was very pleasant and very thorough.
Staff is extremely friendly, great communication, and patient. They listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. I had to bring my son to my appointment and they were accommodating and understanding. Very family friendly.
Very friendly & helpful. Searched their store for a goggle strap for me, that is very hard to find. Saved me a lot of time and money
