Bellevue Shopko Optical is my new favorite location & I’ve been telling everyone about my wonderful experience! I had old glasses that I had been gluing & taping for months. They were done. I walked in with no appointment hoping to get them fixed. The extremely polite lady tried but they were hopeless. She looked up my info & said I was due for an exam & new glasses, and that they could get me in right now. Within seconds I’m back doing my exam with the most informative eye doctor I’ve ever came in contact with. He talked to me about my dry eyes, gave suggestions that his wife uses & even wrote them down for me. He was truly wonderful! My exam ended & when I came out the front lady told me she found a box of new frames that were discontinued but that one of them fit my lenses-off she went to put my old lenses in while I picked out new glasses from my exam. When she was done I asked her the price for the frames & she said no fee they weren’t going to use them anyway. I left there in the absolute best mood & can’t rave enough about the entire experience from the second I walked in until I walked out. I will always suggest this place to everyone I know & their customer service skills were far beyond any expectations I’ve ever had. My glasses were ordered & returned within a few days & I looked forward to getting them-again, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm & kindness. They deserve to be acknowledged & win some type of award (my opinion anyway) Thank you Bellevue Shopko Optical I wish nothing but prosperity for each one of you. Sincerely, Wendy Cady

Never stepping foot there again and it sucks because I have been a customer for many years. I was telling the eye doctor I wanted contacts because I have noticed I need to wear my glasses more (usually just wear them at work because I work on a computer most of the day) but he just cut me off and said "no shit thats why you wear glasses" like those were his exact words. I also filled out paperwork to get a retinal photo done because I take medication due to my autoimmune disease and was recommended by my rheumatologist. The eye doctor asked if I ever see floating objects in my vision and I said no. And because of that he said he didn't feel like I needed a retinal photo done. When I was done I asked the receptionist if he talks to everyone like that and she said that's how he is; like that makes it ok. Now I have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else to get another eye exam because I have no trust in this eye doctor. Also a couple months before this incident I went to buy a new pair of eye glasses because I lost mine. I handed the employee the pair I wanted and he didn't even look at what I gave him he just started writing something on paper and he just said everyone has been getting the same ones. And I asked him to double check because there was similar ones but different brands and they all fit different. He continues to ignore me and then said ok they will be here in 2 weeks and I asked him if he needed me to put the glasses on so he can take measurements. He looked at me and said he doesn't need to. When I got my glasses 2 weeks later they were too big and I have had them adjusted many times and still don't fit right luckily I found an old pair from 10 years ago so I just wear those. So basically going to Shopko Optical is a waste of time and money.

I reached out to Shopko Optical today, even though I hadn't purchased my glasses there. I had a nose pad break off recently, and asked if I could purchase some new ones, and have them put them in. Store manager Nathan told me there would be no charge, and to come on in. Shout out to Shopko Optical for top-notch customer service!!

I had to share how kind Bailey was. She was so sweet. She walked with me trying to pick out frames and had me trying on frames I may not have tried. I've never had anyone ever help me pick out frames. Resulting in my just hoping for the best. She was so sweet. I hope she stays a very long time. I've seen Dr Smith for quite some time now and he's always great. Has some good eye jokes of course. But Bailey stuck out at this visit. She did a great job and even the puff of air was not bad! Seriously the best I've ever had!

I had been going to a different optical provider for years but due to a change in personnel there decided to come here, instead, because it is the closest optical shop to my house. I made my appointment on their website which was really easy to do. When I showed up I was really impressed with how quickly I was taken care of. Checking in was hassle free, and the doctor did a great check up. I was surprised at how affordable the glasses were, and there was no high pressure sales pitch for some amazing high tech space age lens option. The shop is really nice, the building is brand new and everything is spotless. There's plenty of parking close to the door. The staff and doctor were all excellent. I'll be back the next time I need glasses.
