I had a great experience there - In general. Had a horrible accident in the City and broke my upper tibia in 3 places. Worst pain in my life. I would have given 5 stars but the surgeon was VERY reluctant to give adequate pain medication. I had to fight tooth and nail for a proper dose. I even had a nurse on the floor advocating for me cause she couldn’t watch je suffer anymore. I couldn’t get any rest. Crying and screaming non stop for over 24 hrs. Finally they gave me some relief. But as soon as I had surgery (the next day) she took me right off. It was so cruel. It should have been lowered gradually and not an hour after major surgery. No matter how much I begged and literally cried she would not raise the dose even slightly. It took 5 days of healing for the pain level to finally catch up to the low dose I was on. If you go there.. be ready to raise hell for pain relief. It’s so unfair all these drug addicts cause people like me with really severe injuries to suffer. The Doctors should have more heart. Instead they classify you in the same category as junkies. But everything else and everyone else was great.

My visit today was amazing. 7am staff called to confirm my appointment. I explained I forgot to order my can right away she assisted. I received my ride to and from hospital. The staff at front desk know my name that feels so good and was very attentive Triage always are polite and patient and just adds to making a great day right before seeing the Dr. you can ask questions they always make sure I show and speak to Dr so I can get updated that Dr can advise me about my concerns. Now to mention My Dr. Ana Absolutely Amazing Caring great listener Attentive and Supportive Walks me though options and when I leave I feel great that she cares So Thxs to Bellevue for having a great staff of service that supports a patient that needs so many services all of this is so important how they speak and treat me

This is absolutely the worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life! The doctors and nurses have terrible service attitudes and are very uncooperative in communication. Medical efficiency is abysmally low. I was forced to wait for over ten hours. Even when there were no other patients left, we were still made to wait endlessly. No one informed us how long we would have to wait, and patients couldn’t even eat properly. The staff completely ignore patients’ needs, with slow, sluggish and inefficient work. It’s nothing but a waste of money and sheer torture.

05/20/26 I accompanied my husband to his surgical appointment because he was scheduled to see Dr. Po-Heng Cheng for the first time. I noticed that she had strong interpersonal skills, which are essential to a good patient-doctor relationship. She conducted a thorough assessment of my husband's hand, which he has issues with, causing him sleepless nights, and ordered tests to understand his real problem better. My husband is eager to see these test results. Additionally, she answered all his/our questions to his satisfaction and prescribed a specified medication as well. Thank you, Dr. Po-Heng Chen, your surgical resident, and your entire team, for going above and beyond to provide such holistic care to my husband. Spouse: I. Bergwijn

Had the best experience at this hospital. So thankful for them and what they do. My family member and I went to the ER for a general auspicious check and were greeted with some of the most caring, professional, and attentive nurses and doctors. They were packed that day and still made time to explain everything thoroughly, ran a bunch of tests and made sure we left with a solid diagnosis. 10/10 I would recommend. Special thanks to Agneiszka Czarnecki, NP. 🤎
