Halfway through our trip to the US for the World Cup, I managed to break my glasses the night before. I found 10/10 Optics as it was close to our hotel, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They repaired my glasses in about 10 minutes and wouldn't accept any payment. Outstanding customer service and a real lifesaver while travelling. I can't thank them enough!

I visited New York from Chicago and realized I forgot my contacts in Chicago. Your staff helped me and the were very kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Thank you for baling me out of what could have been a real problem. Great business!!
I have formerly used CA based online glass giant for all my cheap needs but my Boss highly spoke of this place 10/10 Optics on Madison and 26th and he also sponsored my first super expensive glass. My boss was 100% right. Doctor Chen and his teams are absolutely great. They paid so much attention to my first glass from them. The choosing frame on their recommendation was seamless, letting me to make the decision was most accommodating, fair pricing was the top notch that one will not find in most expensive city in the world. This glass from them was the most comfortable glass I have ever worn in this life time and I would absolute go back to them and get a second one soon. To the 10/10 optics, keep up the wonderful work and I will share my wonderful experience with you guys to members of my community. Thanks
Liz was very helpful with me. This is my second pair of lenses that I’ve had done from this company and Liz was very helpful from beginning to end. Thank you Liz.
I have been a patient at 10/10 Optics for over 25 years (since I was 10!) first as a glasses-wearer and then as an Ortho-K patient. I moved to Amsterdam in 2018 and saw a normal optometrist here but continued to rely on 10/10 for Ortho-K lenses. In July 2025 I contacted the practice after accidentally discarding a newer pair of lenses and being left with a very old set. I tried to coordinate a replacement while I was visiting New York, but the communication during that visit was poor, and by the time I received a definitive answer about policy I had already returned home to Amsterdam. I followed up again in July. I made it clear that I understood the in-person exam requirement and that an exception might not be possible. I was simply asking for a reply so I could plan my next steps. Both emails were opened multiple times, yet after a month, I never received a response. As an Ortho-K patient, continuity of care is especially important, since there are no simple short-term alternatives like switching to glasses or conventional contacts. This kind of silence makes an already complicated situation even more difficult. After decades of loyalty, the lack of communication is dismissive and unprofessional, and it has left me with little trust in the practice. I am sad to write this, but I think it’s important for others to know how communication is currently handled here under new management.
