They do not answer the phones during normal hours. They use an AI that is useless and transfers you to an answering machine that does not even have the company’s info attached. Horrible customer service! Once I did get through hours later. The receptionist Ally was extremely rude. I would not recommend dealing with such a rude unprofessional company. Call again what to talk to AI. No thanks. Train your staff in customer service. Nothing you have to say will change this honest review. I have no interest in giving my hard earned money to rude and unprofessional companies. Do better it’s not hard to treat people kindly.

Great customer service and a wide selection of frames to choose from. Everyone from the receptionist to the eyewear professionals and Dr Litton were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wow Belton Vision are the best. I came as a walk in to see if they could repair my baby’s leg on her glasses and they took it and repaired it No charge. Walmart refused to even look at it and said they couldn’t the glasses weren’t bought there.

Today I had a visit with Dr. Hasnain Nizar, and I’ve never had a more thorough eye exam. He took the time to explain everything he was seeing and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve never had an optometrist examine the back of my eyes so carefully, and it truly made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I felt heard, informed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Nizar. Also his team is sooo nice!

I had an appointment today for 3pm. I had texts to prove my appointment time and they said they couldn’t find my appointment in the system. They said their next availability wouldn’t be until the end of July. I guess I don’t understand how I’m getting the appointment confirmations via text and call but yet they said it was cancelled. I did not cancel this appointment. Also, the automated system is the one making these appointments. It sounds like there is a disconnect there. I asked if there was any way I could get the exam done and come back to pick out glasses, and the front desk worker said there would be no way because the doctors have to go home. She did not get up and explain the situation to the doctor but just answered for them. As a long time patient, I’m very disappointed.
