I have worked customer service for over 20 years and never in my life have been treated so badly! Front desk staff are rude, dont even get me started on their techs. I have been back to this office so many times because the prescription they gave me is wrong and I ordered a year supply of contacts and purchased a pair of glasses. Then when I finally find what works with me they try to tell me what I need. The tech was rude, and lacked any kind of customer service! I just left. I spend to much money on my eyes each year to have to deal with people that don't care about your well being! I want to add because my last few experiences have changed. Dr. Bednar and Karrie have been amazing in fixing the issues! They are taking time to help me figure out the prescription. They have made it worth going back for vision care. Thank you for taking the time to make things right and caring about your office and your patients.

I called to schedule my child an appointment and Beth ,the girl who answered was so racist. She took it up on herself to say my child’s first name was his last name and when I told her different, she paused and then asked “ what is the other name”. I hung up on that thing and went to a better eye doctor and staff. I can’t believe her kind is still allow to work with human beings.

Optometrist had a terrible attitude, and then told me I needed glasses to go from “a tube tv to a 4k”, even though I have 20/20 vision. He also “showed me my natural vision” which was super blurry, even though, again, I have 20/20. Literally a scam, don’t go.

Shout out to Bennett EyeCare ! Thank you ladies for outstanding customer service 👏 from the time I was checked in greeted with a smile 😃. From the pre eye check up with a lovely lady who explained everything she was doing. Along with the 2 ladies who placed my eye glass prescriptions who made sure my glasses felt good and were sitting on my face correctly! Oh and of course the fabolous doctor who is always greeting you with a smile. If your looking to change where you get your eyes checked ✔️ check out Bennett Eyecare! Contacts order took 4 months to get in. Once they arrived, they were sent to the wrong location. Optometry staff is great, just inconvenient getting hardware.
