OMG I came in and the arm on my glasses were bent from the metal piece to the point where the slightest twist would have cause it to break but lo and behold Mrs. ‘Nice’ Karen saved the day. Not only did she not break the arm but she was able to fix and adjust them. ALL PRAISE and BLESSINGS to her and her family. Thank you SOOO very much
I have to say the staff were very nice and helpful. Also very funny and knowledgeable about any questions I could think of. Dr. Bonnie was so witty and charming she made me feel so comfortable with my eye exams and took the time to make sure I had all the necessary information. Law and Mona were also two very lovely people who helped me out today. Definitely started my Monday on a high note with amazing customer service and care!!!
Don't expect a high level of competence from the staff. I spent two hours of her trying to figure out my insurance. When she did, she quoted me a price, and that price was great! So much so that she convinced me to get a second pair for 50% off (that day only of course). Turns out, my insurance didn't cover any of what she "got pre-approved". I got a bill several months later for about the amount I already paid. When I went in to ask them about it they didn't seem that concerned about the bait-and-switch. In fact, they said "this has been happening for the past 6 months".
Law is amazing knowledgeable and the best at customer service ar Sams Optical in Gladstone. They will answer your questions and also clean your glasses. The prices are great!
Law does an amazing job at the Optical Center. She’s smart, kind, and fast. She is great with children as well.
