Absolutely love Dr. Ermis and the staff at BEC! He is always thorough during my visits and answers all my questions. They are always so nice and helpful. Maria in optical was wonderful. She takes the time to go over different styles of glasses and gives her opinion of what she thinks looks good on your face style.
We had an appointment at Berkeley eye center in El Campo. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Crystal at the front desk greeted us with a smile. We were in and out faster then we thought. We would definitely recommend Berkeley Eye Center El Campo.

My mom and I had a very pleasant experience at Berkeley eye center. Dr Karl Ermis is the best and always so polite. The staff is awesome , wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The eyeglass team are so friendly and very helpful.
I see Bac T Nguyen in Elcampo due to my Narrow-angle glaucoma... Doctor Nguyen is EXCALLENT! I had an overall positive experience with Dr. Nguyen. He is very attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that he doesn't rush through the appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. Dr. Nguyen approach felt thorough and thoughtful, especially when discussing symptoms and possible treatment options. The office environment was also organized Although there is one staff member who wasn’t as welcoming, front desk (kept looking and telling my mother that she would have to sign for your daughter I question why multiple times but she kept just talking over me?!) I am more then capable of signing my own name and anything else I may need to sign! But overall the team created a positive environment
