My family and I have been going to STMC for years. They were better before Memorial Hermann bought them out. The doctors are pretty good for the most part. Unfortunately, I had to stopped going to their clinics. I was being harrassed by MH's billing department on a near daily basis over a $20 lab bill. For whatever reason they couldn't process/verify my son's insurance information let alone update my address correctly. I just payed them out of pocket to get them off my back. This isn't the first instance of dealing with them over something like this. I understand people need to get paid but the patients should be the main focus not money.

Mr. Ortiz has been taking care of me for years. I'm extremely satisfied.
