Best In Sight Family Eye Care

I chose Best in Sight for my eye care because of the excellent reviews that I read. I was not disappointed! Everyone from receptionist to technician to doctor were friendly and professional. All of their equipment was top notch. I also read in the reviews that Theresa was the person who could help you find the glasses that looked the best on you. She definitely is the best. She did not pressure me to choose, but what she chose was definitely flattering on me. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for my husband to come to her for help choosing his new glasses. I’m new to the area and I’ve never been here before. I called last week for an eye issue I was having and they squeezed me in the next day. I came in and was greeted very professionally and they immediately saw me. The doctor and staff were super friendly and had me in and out so quickly. I will definitely come back for routine visits and more!

I have been going to Best In Sight Eye Care - Indianapolis for years and the care has been exceptional!! All of the staff is welcoming, kind and caring. Dr. Rich is excellent. She never makes you feel rushed. Always compassionate and thorough with my exams. Truly makes you feel like you are more than “just a patient”.

Great Dr. And Theresa who helped me pick out my frames is the absolute best. Knows what she is doing. Very caring and it shows. Her honesty also shows. I will ask for her every time. Can't wait for glasses to come in.

I was late to my appointment and they could not have been more kind….I was given the opportunity to look for new glasses while I waited since the appt before me was early and taken back in my tardiness.. very nice !
