The entire staff here is AMAZING. I was nervous because it’s been about 3 years - but every single person in the office is so kind and just want you to look your best in your glasses 🫠🥹❤️I absolutely LOVE the glasses that they helped me pick and the Dr herself was so kind and amazing ❤️. I can’t wait to go back and pick up my glasses in 2 weeks.
My husband and I was at Dr. Tavel on So. Emerson Ave. When it was time to check out with our glasses, we was told that someone use my husband vision insurance, and another state. Michael was so helpful and figuring us all out for us. Michael went above and beyond and helped tremendously. We’re so grateful thank you Michael. J & W Hill
Today was my first time going to this location. One of the arms on my glasses broke when I was cleaning them yesterday. I arrived at this location and Leann greeted me, then took care of looking up my insurance. She did a good job at explaining everything and a great job at getting my lenses into new frames in no time at all. She was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Richard A
Very knowledgeable after getting the wrong prescriptions for the last couple years from another company. This doctor finally got my prescription correct and the entire staff was amazing to work with. I highly recommend!!
They will rip you off !! They are slow, and mess up your eye wear...They get you to buy insurance and then when you need to use it , they tell you , you can't....I asked for my script to go elsewhere and they gave me the wrong script, so I lost money.. This place is NOT WORTH IT !!! They have new people all the time...If you go Be Cautious and Careful just saying
