Caitlin was amazing; she walked me through how to put on and remove my scleral lenses, as well as how to care for them. She left no stone unturned! She is friendly, soo welcoming, thorough, and knowledgeable. Not only her, but also the front desk and my Doctor! She is amazing; everyone is great. My experience at Midwest Eye Consultants was super great. Keep doing what you are doing 💯
I had a fantastic experience at Midwest Eye Consultants! Dr Smith was great! No wait time at all. I was helped by Mason and Laura at first - who were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Caitlin was amazing helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and educated me thoroughly on different options! She even adjusted and cleaned my current/old pair of glasses I had with me which I really appreciated! I will most definitely be back for the next pair of glasses I need or for future eye exams.
This place was amazing. Found my frames so easily. They came back in an efficient amount of time. Ordered to my specifications. Caitlin and Toni’s were absolutely endearing and total pleasure to work with, adjusting my glasses with ease. (And trust me I’m super picky and totally off about it! 😂😂) Give them a try, you’ll love it there!!!
I recently had my annual eye exam with Dr. Harris at Midwest Eye Consultants, and it was another fantastic experience, just like every year. One of the things I appreciate most is that there’s never a wait, making the visit efficient and stress-free. Shelby greeted me with a smile and made check-in a pleasure, while Jenna was exceptionally kind and thorough during the initial exam. Lacie and Dr. Harris took the time to clearly explain everything to me. When it turned out I needed new glasses, Caitlin was incredibly helpful in guiding me to pick a frame that suited me perfectly. Kristy made the checkout process quick and easy, and my new glasses arrived within two weeks. Overall, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. I truly love Midwest Eye Consultants and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my eye care.
Had a great visit with Tonia and she fitted me with new progressive glasses. I love them! She took TIME with me helping to pick out just the right frames too. Am so thrilled the way they fit , the way they look, and I can see so much better and clearer with these new glasses.
