The staff was courteous and personable. My wife had her appointment on a day prior to mine and recommended Dr. Cook quite easily. Not something she readily does. (She has an eye thing. 👀) I, however, had no such qualms and plan to return in the future. I have to. They will have my new glasses! Seriously though, everyone did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!
The staff is always polite and helpful. I always feel welcome and heard when my annual comes up! Also, thanks you for being gentle with my kids. That goes a long way when learning to trust care providers.
KIM is a real asset to Dr Tavel at the Greenwood Store. I have never met anyone who gives 110 percent to make sure your needs are met and you leave a satisfied customer with a great big smile on your face. Another good reason to go to the Greenwood store is you are just across the way from Raising Cane's Chicken............
I’ve been going to Dr. Tavel since I was a kid and they’ve never done me wrong. Friendly staff, quick service, clean establishment. I have nothing negative to say, honestly. They’ve always repaired my glasses no questions asked for free and have definitely saved me hundreds of dollars over the years.
Dr. Guru was super nice, down to earth and answered all my questions. Mr. Marco, the guy I saw after I picked out my glasses, explained all of my ins coverage, and showed me a better deal in-store as opposed to my vision insurance. Very nice young man.
