I enjoy going here. Dr. Tavel is an extremely nice doctor. He is extremely thorough. He makes sure and answers all your questions and concerns. The remodel is so beautiful. My whole family go here.
if you have Autism and PTSD Like I do(or simply just Autism): Avoid this place. they do not give you any warning for the eye air puff machine when they do it, the eye doctor attempted to give me a cop Out answer and state the machine does it automatically. if it wasn't for the fact that I picked my frames immediately upon seeing them: I would be leaving a 1 star review. but I'm leaving two stars because I picked my frames very fast and it wasn't that busy today.
The people here are so nice & professional. They help me with my glasses whenever I go there without hesitation. Love the Doc & the girls.
I love how thorough and accurate the exams are at Dr Tavel. Even the air puff eye test is better there in my experience. Also nice frames and help picking out a pair. I got transition lenses this time. Last time I got prescription sunglasses in Brown instead of Gray and it changed my life. I feel so much happier when wearing brown sunglasses.
took my daughter to get her new exam and her new glasses and i scheduled me a app got right in and they helped me and a lady was super nice any very helpful person i was lost didn't know which ones to pick and i had like 10 pairs she help me find a pair that fit me i def recommend!!!!
