Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists

Can we get some together people at the front desk. Clueless from phone call saying my contacts were in and DAILY calls with no answer to set up picking up my lens. Made an appt in line again and received call that wasn’t a contact fitting appointment. I’ve wore lens for 40 plus years!! I called today since my contact lens fitting appt was today and they told me I was nowhere in calendar! I then said I’d like my contacts I paid for please. The Dr. says he can fit me in, they place in room to put contacts in and leave me there….Dr comes in and makes me feel like I’m not suppose to be in there and to wait outside where there are no chairs. I’m going to give it 10 minutes and I’m done!! Doctor has ZERO personality! Strangest eye exam I’ve ever had over the years! Get it together folks! Came here after years at another LensCrafters and not pleased with service and ended up here🤦🏼‍♀️

Upon coming in. I was greeted with the three most beautiful assistants. They asked about my previous visits and correct any missing information in my history. They performed the task with diligence and professionalism, i was very happy and comfortable the whole time. I then was greeted by the most handsome doctor i have ever seen in my life. He took over and reviewed the work of one of the assistants that worked one me. He was very informative and enthusiastic. He answered all the question i had and his assistant wanted to know more about. Overall, an amazing experience and visit.

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Morrow, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. I was able to ask them and Dr. Morrow plenty of questions about my vision, and they all took the time to provide detailed explanations. Dr. Morrow clearly outlined what we would do to update my prescription and what to watch for in the future. I left feeling well-informed and confident in my eye care. I look forward to returning for my next exam!

Made same day appointment. There was a brief delay being seen but the staff notified us right away and even directed us to the closest restroom. All my questions were answered by the tech as she wiped down the equipment. Dr. T was very upbeat and positive. He explained my options for prescription reading glasses. Convenient location.

The staff at the facility in citrus park town center was outstanding. From the time I walked in the door for my appointment i was greeted with the up most kindness.the young lady that got me ready to take my eye exam was extremely helpful and patient with me and all the other people that were waiting to be seen. The examiner was totally awesome as well and the salesman went above and beyond to make sure i get exactly what i was looking for.so yeah hats off to you guys, keep up the great work.
