I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Monica at Optical Outlets for going above and beyond for me today. I feel like in this day and age, we often take the time to leave reviews when we’ve had a negative experience, but don’t always think to do the same when we have a positive one. I know I’m guilty of that myself, so I wanted to make sure I took the time to acknowledge someone who truly made a difference in my day. I was having an extremely frantic and difficult day, and Monica was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She helped calm me down when I really needed it, provided amazing service, and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Sometimes a little kindness and compassion can completely change someone’s day, and Monica did exactly that for me. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and wanted to make sure her kindness and exceptional service didn’t go unrecognized. Thank you, Monica, for being so wonderful! You truly made a difference in my day. ❤️

UPDATE: Met with Mgr Jennar in a most productive exchange. Issue resolved with professionalism and grace. 1 to 5 stars improvement! The young women either need training on how to fit glasses, or they just don't care. Went to a different location where the fitting was successful. Finally!

I brought my oldest child here to get his prescribed glasses. Ester, one of the girls who works there, was absolutely amazing – incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained all my insurance options for my son and followed up the next day to confirm eligibility. Her Excellency and professionalism truly make this place excellent. I stopped by with my mom on a weekday (today actually) to schedule an appointment, and the experience could not have been more pleasant. Esther at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and immediately made us feel welcome. She kindly helped us set up an account and took the time to ensure our appointment was booked smoothly. Esther was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. First impressions matter, and she set the tone for what feels like a truly compassionate practice.

Monica is so patient in assisting me with my insurance issue. All staff are very accommodating. This place is highly recommended
