Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists

I was a patient of Dr. Hatala for many years when he transferred to this company. When I went to make an appointment with him at this new place, I found out he had retired but all his files were still there in the keeping of the other doctors. So I made an appointment with Dr. Than. When I went in for my appointment, there was really no wait at all which was amazing! Just a couple minutes for them to sort the paperwork and take me back to a room. The ladies that were on duty up front were fantastic. This is a very friendly place and they try to make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. My appointment with the doctor was fabulous and I know that there are lady optometrists but she was the first one I have ever had in my life. That was fantastic in and of itself but the exam that she gave me really showed that she was extremely knowledgeable in her field and on top of that she has an incredible bedside manner so to speak. She explains herself thoroughly and in such a way that you understand completely without her making you feel like you're being talked down to. I know I am writing a huge review but I felt it was warranted because it's important that you feel comfortable with anyone that provides any form of Health Care to you at all. Eyes are extremely important because if you can't see you can't work or do anything. If you need an eye exam for any reason whatsoever, I would definitely recommend Dr. Than. You will be extremely happy that you made the appointment and you will receive the utmost in care for your eyes.

I had gotten a piece of metal in my eye on Friday. Luckily, they were open and got me right in. Everyone was super nice. I went right in for the Dr and he took care of everything and explained what I needed to do to get the best results. Very through and professional, while still being very warm and friendly. Defiantly would recommend them whether you need glasses or full OD services. Thank You 2020

I went to beyond 2020 and got some new glasses yesterday and I must say that my visit was absolutely amazing ! I will definitely recommend this business to every one ! The service was impeccable .My visit Started with the young lady Jordan at the front desk whom immediately greeted me with the most welcoming , professional and positive attitude . Jordan was so polite and helpful , she even helped me out on choosing what glasses looked best on me because I was having a hard time trying to pick a pair. and Dr. Tumolo made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was so thorough, friendly and yet professional at the same . I didn't realize that such incredible amazing people still existed but they do at beyond 2020 my visit was definitely 10 /10 ! The employees and doctor made me feel so special as if I were family . And to top it off it took exactly 1 hour to get my glasses and I got them the same day, which I thought was absolutely amazing ! I would definitely recommend this place everyone !! It's rare to see such professionalism and positivity, I love going to a business where people enjoy doing their jobs. This store definitely did. Had a great experience with Dr. Helsing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The appointment was efficient, but didn't feel rushed at all. And no eye puff machine so that's a win for me! 🤣

Great experience every time! I’ve been seeing Dr. Tumolo for about 5 years, and he has always been attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable during each visit. The staff is friendly and professional, and the office is always well organized. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received over the years and would highly recommend!
