Great experience at this optical office. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the customer service is excellent. They have a large selection of glasses with many nice styles. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. Service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this office!
Visited the Pointe Village clinic in an emergency after my interocular lens shifted on a flight into Tampa from Canada. Dr Payne saw me immediately and diagnosed the problem, then made arrangements for me to see an opthamologist the next day. Very compassionate treatment by entire staff. Best treatment that I have received in 65 years of wearing glasses.
I had such a great experience at New Vision Optical! Dr. Payne is wonderful, very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable. The whole staff is friendly and professional, and Nick is amazing! He’s so kind and helpful, and has a great eye for helping you choose the perfect frames. I highly recommend New Vision Optical for anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service!
I was a client here under the old eye doctor... I didn't know they had changed when I called about my glasses breaking in half. Nick was so helpful on the phone! He got me an appointment the very next morning! All of the staff and doctors were welcoming, helpful and took the time with my eye exam, contact exam, trial contacts while I waited for my glasses and picking out my new glasses! I don't have vision insurance and the prices were very reasonable and I got a great deal for my situation. They even worked with my financial situation and didn't let that hold back the process of getting my new glasses. Every time I called or stopped in I was greeted with friendly faces and amazing help! I just picked up my new glasses and I love them! Nick and the other staff clearly care about my vision/eyes above anything else! 💚
Love New Vision Optical, from the Optometrist (she is great) to the staff- this is the only place I have gone for the past few years. I love their selection of glasses but especially their Lool brand! The staff is so kind, helpful and efficient! Highly recommend!
