I usually have a ton of anxiety in going to the optometrist, but Sharonda and Dr. Johal were so kind and sweet. The examination was thorough and pleasant. I felt really at ease and I'm actually excited about getting my new glasses! Would highly recommend this location.
Very good experience at this B. C. O. and recently a gentleman there whose name starts with C. was extraordinarily willing to do some repairs on my eyeglass frames even though they weren't purchase there. So kind he was . . . as were all the staff I encountered there in the past. Big City Gold Coast Rocks!
Great experience. Quickly made an appt online, was seen right away and the Dr was so kind and thorough. Highly recommend for eye exams! VSP eye insurance was accepted.
The doctors here are the best. They really take the time to inform you along the way. Especially, as we all wish to have detailed information about our eye health throughout the appointment, experience. This is my second time to this location. The staff are really great, and even remind you about your upcoming appointment the day of. Thank you.
