The people here are super good. They are kind and nice, and they are professional and helpful. I have to get computer glasses for work, although I never have prescription glasses before. I called around to learn about pricing and the process for the optical glasses, with my doctor’s prescription, they answered my questions over phone so clearly, and they helped me throughout the process when I walked in. They even explained to me what to expect if I have the vision insurance. The price for lens was definitely reasonable compared to what I heard from a few other stores, and the store people are so warm and welcoming. It took about a week only to get my frames back, and they helped me adjust the frame legs to make sure I feel very comfortable wearing the glasses. Will definitely come back if I need new glasses.
