Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the exam was thorough without feeling rushed. My doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the attention to detail and genuine care. Highly recommend!
I travel to get there because it's worth it when you find someone who truly cares about your eyes and doesn't mess up your prescription. In my opinion Big Lake Eye is the best place to go to!!!
The staff, especially Taylor, are exemplary. Kind, knowledgeable and just overall a joy. The Doctors, you can't say enough good things about them, especially Dr. Bartells, he treats everyone amazingly, tells it like it is, which I prefer, and is just good company even when he's working. Everyone should definitely choose one of his facilities to go to, especially Big Lake.
I've been going to Big Lake Eye Care for over 20 years. Dr. Bartels and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and skilled in their profession. I am so grateful for their expertise and I can see so clearly it's incredible!
Great experience. Went as a walk-in and was seen within an hour or so. Dr Bartels immediately found and explained my recent vision blurriness and gave me a prescription. Staff were friendly, the office is clean and inviting. In addition, the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
