Great experience overall. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The office is modern, clean and with great technology. They’ve never had to dilate my pupils. They also have a good selection of stylish frames that last forever. I’ve been going here for years now.
I shared one star and granted I could give no star I would. Highly disappointed in this business. It's been two weeks and I am still waiting on a call from the front desk regarding my prescription lenses to be corrected as it was stated it would. Ive been experiencing difficulty getting my prescription lenses due to not being given a 'prism" on the prescription. Special another employee there stated she could get it done and didn't. It's been two months since I requested a letter to the courts from Birds Eye View Optometry regarding traveling; driving six hours without lenses especially night driving. I specifically followed her instructions, emailed her the request that has not been at the least acknowledged to date. The probate hearing has moved on of course not being able to get the letter to provide to the probate judge for a virtual hearing was not favored without proof from Birds Eye View. This crew really need to get it together and honor their word. I am still attempting to figure out how my exams went from $99 to $149 when nothing about the exam or the prescription was changed. Now they are closed on Wednesdays without notice; no email, no texts nothing but a sign on the door when you arrive and no one is there. They should be sending notices about the closure like the ones they consistently send when it's time for your yearly exam.
Unacceptable! I had a very frustrating experience here. I scheduled an annual eye exam, but when I arrived, I was told I was required to pay an additional $40 for retinal imaging. This was never mentioned during the booking process. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes only to find out about this unexpected charge, which felt misleading and like a waste of my time. Transparency about pricing upfront is important, and this experience fell short. I would not recommend this place based on how this was handled.
Dr. Correos is great! Always very through and thoughtful with product recommendations. I referred my significant other to come and he also had a great experience. I've been coming to Bird's Eye View Optometry for years.
when there’s a Special Need it takes Special One’s to provide that need. The Optometrist by the name of SPECIAL truly made it happen and eliminated all my deep concerns concerning my sight, glasses, restoration of centering the left pupil & so much more. Shes truly called to be of service to others in many Special ways
