My experience at Camillus Eyewear has been nothing short of wonderful. If I could add more stars to this review, I certainly would. The professionalism of the staff was very engaging and informative. The optician not only talked to me about what frames would honestly look good and work for me in reference to my difficult prescription as he took the time and sincerely navigated my path to make sure that the glasses fit me to the point where I could see far and clear as well as reading up close. Other opticians that I’ve gone to in the past in this area we’re very nice, but lack the understanding and care that it takes to put the patients needs first. He took the time to answer questions the right way, and not be dismissive as if it was a cattle call and your just another number. The follow up was even more wonderful than the visit. Obviously, as you have read, I highly recommend Camillus Eyewear for all your and your families needs when it comes to your eyewear needs.
