I’ve been seeing Dr. Kenyon for several years and have consistently had a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, and I especially appreciate that he never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. He takes his time and makes sure you feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire office staff is just as wonderful. Everyone is helpful, kind, and courteous, and the office is very well run. The check in and check out process is always quick and easy. It’s clear that providing excellent patient care is a priority for the entire practice. I highly recommend Dr. Kenyon and his team!

Dr. Jeff Kenyon at Blackstone Valley Eye Care is hands-down the best eye doctor for the whole family! It is rare to find a practice that caters so well to both adults and kids. The office uses incredible state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, making the exams thorough, fast, and completely stress-free. It is the ultimate one-stop shop for all our vision needs. Between the whole family, we were able to get fitted for contact lenses, pick out everyday frames with high-quality lenses, and even order custom prescription sports glasses. Dr. Kenyon is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. We won’t take our family anywhere else!

My optometrist at Blackstone Valley is Dr. Nanni. She is absolutely wonderful. Takes the time to explain everything to you regarding test, referrals, etc, patient with whatever your questions you may have, never rushes you. Extremely personable & friendly. As for staff, all are very polite, professional whether it be in person or via telephone. Highly recommended.

I'm grateful they didn't see me. If they're as disrespectful and irresponsible as they are when scheduling appointments, I wouldn't want to be treated at this place! I made an appointment online, and two days later they called to cancel and reschedule. Now they're calling me again to reschedule, and the only appointment they're offering is in four months. Wow, they're a complete disaster! If you can save yourself the time of trying to come here, forget it. They have no respect for your time, and they don't even honor your appointments! If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly do it, it bothers me that they waste my time! Update ….. Finally, they saw us. After seeing our review, they were kind enough to call us and see us on the day and time I had booked online the first time. I am incredibly grateful that they cared about my husband, who was a very patient person. I want to add that yesterday's appointment was fantastic. Both the staff and the doctor were very kind and did a truly spectacular job. They also apologized for the confusion a couple of times and made us feel very comfortable. I brought my two daughters to the appointment because I didn't have anyone to look after them, and they were very attentive.
