Former client of 3 years, Blaney drop my insurance without informing me of the changes he didn't even send out emails or mail to inform clients. I bet his Staff forgot to inform the clients of the changes but that is not an excuse for not informing the clients. I get better treatment from Walmart vision center plus they would inform me of changes. P.s they mess up my glasses 2 times, 1. the time they broke the lens 2. Mess up the Rx of my glasses I had to wait another two weeks

Beautiful office, nice staff! Got me right in when my insurance switched and I wanted someone in town. Also got me right in when I developed an eye infection.
Dr. Blaney did a fine job, but the receptionists are horrible! You get great customer service when you go in for your appointment, but then when you go back to get your glasses they could care less about you. It's happened all 4 times I went in to pick up glasses for me and my daughter. The first time the receptionist was on the phone; I understand. I patiently waited about 5 minutes for her to finish. When she got off the phone, she said, "I will be right with you as soon as I finish typing these addresses into the computer." She didn't seem to know how to touch type and there must have been 5 addresses. I stood there right in front of her watching her type. It was ridiculous. I realized I wasn't going to get any customer service that day. Every time that I've gone back, it's the same thing. This morning nobody was manning the front desk. I stood there waiting...nothing. I peered around the back where the glasses are and the lady back there saw me, but kept doing what she was doing and never acknowledged me. The lady from the doctor's side asked if she could help me, but then informed me that she was just for the doctor's side and I'd have to wait for the receptionist on the glasses side. So, yeah...I left again.
2 eye doctors work here. Blaney is Ok but the other needs to retire. The Secretary was very rude. Not a good place to buy eye wear due to a very rude elderly lady that you will deal with.blaney himself is a decent optometrist but he needs to higher kinder people.
Very happy with Dr Blaney, and everyone who works in the office is friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend Blaney VIsion for exams and glasses/contacts.
