I've been coming here since it was built and before when they were down over just N of Coit. After my Dr. Retired I randomly selected another and ended up with a Camile Ryan M.D. who is an astounding physician for her young age and a wealth of knowledge. I was always leary of having a female doctor because of embarrassment talking about male related issues I may have, but she makes me feel very comfortable talking about sensitive subjects. Goes out of her way to help treat the problem, and not just the symptoms. All other staff from security, to front desk help, and nursing have always been helpful and cordial. I had blood drawn twice here and both times it was quick and painless. March 23rd 2026 went in for blood draw and an amazing member of staff named Brittany found and drew blood effortlessly. She even responded to my TMI rambling. Didn't Judge and gave me a spirit lifting wisdom that made my day. Thank you all at Trinity Health Rockford for taking great care of my daughter, ma, pa, and myself. 9.2/10 rating.

I arrived here at 6:44pm for a 7:00pm CT scan. Minding my own patient business. Let’s start with me just letting the representative that greeting my partner that he was with me, and rude unprofessional response was “ I don’t care who is as long as he didn’t need me”. So unprofessional and it doesn’t surprise with Trinity. Now let’s mentioned the 7:00pm the next representative comes and tells me that my appointment will be running 10 minutes late because now they work with ER patients and so scheduled patients who were not informed over the scheduling phone call that this is the process they have, continuously get pushed back for ER patients. Now here comes a medical tech guy at 7:28pm informing me that it may be another 20-30 minute wait because they have other ER patients prioritize over my appointment and then stated but you could reschedule. Why? Would I reschedule an appt I just drove 30 minutes too with gas $4.37 per gallon. This is really unprofessional, lack of communication at scheduling and very passive aggressive approaches and responses from particular staff. After I get names or pictures I’ll be posting that information back up here, because it’s simply ridiculous.
Went to the ER last week. Severe pain above my belly button and lower left abdomen. told the doctor I am almost positive I have hernias, symptoms for the pain. She sent me thru a ct scan w no contrast. No ultrasound, no CT scan with contrast, no strain test which is protocol for hernia issues. Sent me home in same severe pain, nothing resolved. Had ultrasound 4 days alter at corewell health. Guess what? 2 HERNIAS in the exact places I had severe pain and bloating. Entirely unimpressed by the care I received at Trinity health emergency in Rockford.
Had my first visit this past week and I’m so glad I switched to Trinity Healthcare! They have everything you need under one roof (literally) which is very convenient as you get older. Tina the nurse who I saw first was so sweet and welcoming. I saw Sarah Meyle NP and it was like a breath of fresh air. She actually listened to me which we all know doesn’t always happen at other offices. Highly recommend!
I saw bad reviews in the waiting room but im shocked at that. I was promptly helped. Respected. And the experience was wayyyyy better then the downtown Butterworth emergency room. I might even switch my provider service with my insurance company o avoid corwell in the future after this level of service.
