Grand Rapids Ophthalmology

Unfortunately, I can't give them a good review. For some unknown reason my appointment was canceled via text - it just said "your appointment has been canceled and not rescheduled. " I have called twice now - on hols for 30 minutes and still no answer as to why it was canceled and it has not been rescheduled. This appointment was made because my frames were broken.

The place is amazing as always. The Ophthalmology doctor was polite courteous professional and friendly. I had some serious abrasions and scratches on my eye trying to get a stuck contact out and he was very patient and kind with me answering all of my questions and was beyond helpful. This is where I go to get all my eye exams done every year because the place is so friendly professional and courteous with a nice clean environment and friendly helpful staff.

I was told to "hurry up" while trying to make an appointment with Heidi. She also stated to me that she "doesn't normally do this". I took my daugther there and the docs were great and so patient with kids. Too bad the front of house isn't as nice.

I was very happy with my eye test. I then went to get my glasses ordered. The gentleman who helped was very good and helpful. But I decided to check around (the price with all I wanted was too expensive on Medicare) the gentleman gave me all the names of the things I wanted, photo gray, transition, the material the lenses were made of, scratch resistent, insurance. A appreciate all the help. But i brought my glasses for a price much more affortable. Thank you so much your service is wonderful just a little to high priced.

I had a good experience at my visit. I feel like Dr. K is very qualified in his field. The gal at the desk was especially nice, checking me in and out.
