I've tried to call them several time over the past two weeks to get new glasses, but my calls are either ignored, or I'll hear someone pick up the phone for a moment before hanging back up. This happens continuously, preventing me from scheduling an appointment at all :(

Took for ever. Saturday down for 4 hours. Had people walk in the door after us and walk out after us. People were nice.

The best of the best. I am treated like a ROYAL, but maybe that is due to Dr. Kings name, who knows, I di also know after 70+ years of eye exams, etc. all over the U.S. I can honestly say I have never felt so appreciated and the work these folks do is almost completely flawless. If ONLY all doctors offices weere this great. The doctor knows what he is doing and knows how the patients want to be treated and mostly "talked to" He talks WITH THEM AND NOT DOWN TO THEM. Good job you all, keep it up and I will keep on coming back. Victor

Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff. They accept insurance, the wait time is short, and the establishment is clean and welcoming. The only thing they could improve on in my opinion is carrying a larger selection of frames.
