The entire office staff were the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All were very pleasant and helpful. Every aspect of the eye exam was explained and my questions were answered thoroughly. All in all this was the best experience I've ever had at a doctors visit of any kind and I'm very grateful.

The staff I have dealt with have been very competent and kind and pleasant. I frequently bump my glasses and need to have them adjusted, and the staff at Bluffs are happy to help--at no charge! I would recommend Bluffs Vision Care PC to anyone needing an exam and/or new glasses.

I haven't been there a while but what I remember is the staff and doctors are very helpful, kind and amazing is the place to go fix and find glasses that will fit you or to seek professional help with your vision.
