Jesse was amazing! He helped me pick out glasses, was honest, super knowledgeable, and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to Walmart in the past, Scottsbluff Vision is way better hands down! I’ll definitely be back—Jesse deserves a raise!

I had a very disappointing experience not once, not twice, but three times. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and it felt like no one was willing to assist with a simple issue expect one receptionist who showed compassion today. I was also made to wait for an item that was supposed to be a quick drop-off, which ended up taking much longer than it should have. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made the entire experience frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and treat future customers with more respect and efficiency.
I have worn contacts for 35 years. Finally need to order glasses because of needing bifocals. The lady whom helped me picked out the frames would not let me pick what I liked. When they arrived the man who helped me said these are way to big for your petite face. The arms are bent so they go all the way down my neck. I can’t read close up because the focus is wrong because the frames don’t fit. 400.00 after insurance paid down the drain. I ordered contacts after insurance paid and on the phone I was told it would be around 20.00 when I picked the contacts up it costed me 120.00. The ladies at the front desk are rude as hell. Scottsbluff vision only wants your money and does not help you see. These glasses are a waste of time and money.
Had a great experience hear staff was really nice. And the best part about this place I was able to make an appointment and get in right away I needed to take a DOT test so I really needed glasses right away and they were able to accommodate my situation every other place in town said that I had to wait a month before they can see me
Thanks to Jesse for taking the time to help me find the right pair of glasses. He helped walk me through uncertainty. He was very kind, helpful, quite informative, and particularly patient.
