Webb Eyecare

I just completed my apt with Webb eyecare. Even though the news was not good they put everything into perspective for me and took care of everything. Referral completed, and I have very little on my end to complete. Everyone I came into contact with was great! The selection of frames is amazing and Shelly was honest with what looked good and what didn't. She was also very helpful with letting me know about coverage and charges. She put my mind at ease and wrote out detailed information and instructions for me. The staff is what made my experience great which it could have been just the opposite without them all. I am very happy with my choice in choosing Webbeye care.

Was extremely impressed with the care that I received from the technician, Catherine, and from Dr. Reinard. They were extremely patient with me and kind. They took the time to explain everything that was being done and what I was dealing with with my eyes. The experience at Webb eye care was exceptional!! So grateful I made the appointment with Webb eye care!

First of all just walking into the building is very impressive. For such a small town here. I felt like I went into a big city. LOL then the first person you meet is Winnie and she was already ready for me and the next gal took me on back I'm sorry I'm not remembering names but she's going to be a mama. She was sweet as could be and did all my testing which was several of them and I just felt she was very knowledgeable. And then she brought the doctor in and she was wonderful as well. I'm having double vision problems and they're going to hurry through a pair of glasses for me with a prism so I can at least see decent. While I heal from a mini stroke. Sometimes 6 months they're saying. So at least through Dr Webb's office I will be able to keep functioning cuz I work for a living still and need my eyes. Like all of you. Highly recommend this place. She knows I don't have a lot of money so she worked with me. I felt very taken care of. Looking forward to going back in a couple weeks and seeing my results. Great staff everyone’s so nice and helpful. I literally spilled water all over myself and one of their chairs and another tech stimply came and cleaned it up while the other tech continued to help me; their names were Haelee and Delisha, thank you again! Also they have a fantastic selection of frames to choose from.

Very professional and Courteous Staff. Very knowledgeable. Great atmosphere! Staff were all cheerful and helpful. Diango was very helpful and easy to talk to, he was able to answer all my questions. Doctor Hubbard was thorough and explained everything well and answered all my questions.
