WOW! I just left Boca Family Eye Care and I am beyond impressed. From the second you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Every single staff member is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond. Dr Rachel Nebb is absolutely outstanding, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and she makes you feel completely at ease while explaining everything in detail. It’s rare to find a medical office where the entire experience is this seamless and genuinely caring. Hands down the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

waited a solid 20 mins past my appointment time even though i had filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker honestly. the doctor was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, checked everything thoroughly and explained things clearly without making me feel rushed. the front desk girl was friendly enough but kind of scatterbrained, she forgot to tell me about the warranty on my frames until i was already walking out the door. i got a pretty good deal on a new pair of glasses becuase of a promotion they had running so I cant complain too much. the office itself was clean and everything felt modern wich i liked. overall a solid experience, just wish they ran a little more on time

I had such a great experience here! I walked in with an issue with my glasses, even though I’m not a patient at this office, and they were kind enough to help me right away. They took the time to properly adjust and fix my frames, and now they fit perfectly again. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help without hesitation. It’s not common to find that level of service, especially for a walk-in. I truly appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an optical that cares about people, not just patients.

Love that this is a family owned and run practice. I had a great experience with Dr. Rachel Nebb, who is personable, attentive, and kind. The staff is amazing as well, particularly Loretta at the front desk! I highly recommend this Practice; do not get lost in the sauce in all of these other corporate places!

My family and have have been going to Boca Family Eye for many years. Even before they changed ownership. Boca Family Eye staff are amazing and the Doctors are thorough and caring. I highly recommend them. However, my four stars is only because of the turnover of doctors they’ve had throughout the years. Also, don’t bother with the appointment portal never works, so good old fashion call for an appointment.
