Bogey Hills Vision Center

I've been to Bogey Hills Vision Center now a few times over, for both myself and my kids. I always have a great experience. Today was next level though. I had been having a rough day and the last place I wanted to be was at my eye doctor's office but I am thankful I was. The staff is a breath of fresh air!!! Their level of wisdom, care, and devotion to their clients is AMAZING to say in the least. I would recommend everyone any day of the week to them!!! Thank you Staff and Dr. McCullough!

I had a wonderful experience at Bogey Hills Vision Center, even though I initially came in just to purchase glasses rather than for an eye exam. My previous eye doctor no longer accepted my insurance, so I needed a new place that carried the specific frames I wanted. Bogey Hills was one of the few places in the area that carried the lightweight Morel frames I had been looking for. They didn't have the exact style I wanted in stock, but when I showed them a picture, they were happy to order it for me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile instead of trying to talk me into something else. A special thank you to Betty, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. After I received my glasses, I ended up coming back several times for adjustments to get the fit just right. Every visit, she welcomed me with a smile and made careful adjustments until they were perfectly comfortable. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone. I'm so happy with my new glasses and look forward to coming back for my next eye exam.

First of all, the place is neat. Location is very convenient, parking is not a problem plus it's near other stores where you can go before or after your appointment. Dr. Stephen McCullough was very easy to speak with. He explains what he is doing as it happens and he seems to be trying his best to look for treatments that will work. The staff were very helpful when I had to look for a right frame for me. They were very patient and friendly.

I love this place. The staff is so kind and the doctors are even more so. I had Dr. McCullough for an eye test for my son, diagnosed ASD, and handled his sensitivities with ease. The nurse went above and beyond to also help transition from one room into the other to avoid startling him. Thank you for making his visit so peaceful and safe. Certainly coming back with the rest of the family. Thanks BHVC!!

Dr. McCullough and staff are amazing. They are truly caring and patient oriented in their practice. I was able to be seen on short notice because I have been dealing with major health issues, so not able to plan ahead regarding my eyes with potential issues related to those health problems. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. McCullough and his staff! Peace of mind and empathy go hand in hand!
