We had a very positive experience with Dr.Steven Sorenson. About a week ago, he removed a tiny metal piece from my son’s eye. My son was very scared, crying, and constantly trying to pull away, but the doctor was extremely patient and calm with him throughout the entire procedure. He showed not only a high level of professionalism but also genuine care and kindness. He truly wanted to help and did everything he possibly could to make the procedure as safe and comfortable as possible. Thanks to his skill and patience, we were able to avoid general anesthesia, which was a huge relief for us as parents. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

Great experience. I arrived fairly early to my appointment time. Staff was able to take me back and start their rooming process. Madison,I believe, was the technician who took great care of me. She explained everything well before she proceeded with her exam/testing. Dr. Reilly was quick to enter the room. She took her time with me and gave a thorough exam. I didn't feel I was rushed through.

I’ve been seeking care at Boling Vision Center for nearly 7 years now and I’ve received nothing but exceptionally high quality care over those years. I had my LASIK procedure done at Boling Vision that helped resolve all my eye complications, best decision ever! Every single person at Boling vision is super caring and compassionate, especially Dr. Kevin Egen who’s now retired and Dr. Steven Sorensen. I couldn’t ask for a better eye care team even if I tried. I highly recommend Boling vision for anyone who’s looking for healthcare providers who are personable, caring, compassionate, and tremendously competent at what they do!! I had cataract surgery in both eyes this month, I am sure I am not alone in the pre- surgery jitters that one gets. After the second eye, I went for my follow up the next day. Not only is the surgery itself scary, going for the results can be just as scary. I have been blessed to have two young members of the Boling Team assigned to my follow up appointment; Dr. Kyle Lindberg and Holli. They were both wonderful at easing my mind allowing me to be ok with the wait for the final outcome, which will be one month from now. We talked about how I have been teaching myself breathing and humming techniques to overcome anxiety. Holli shared how when she was in the Armed Forces she was taught similar techniques. I am no longer a spring chicken and I need to say how the younger generation is really kind and helpful in the lives of senior citizens. This senior is grateful to have had two empathic persons at my side through a very difficult time in my life. I am forever grateful. Barbara B.

Never have had an issue with this place, just until this last round of purchasing glasses for my son. Lady that took care of us purchasing the glasses was great! My son wanted the same frames as before, they didn't carry them. She reached out to the manufacturer still available to order. Awesome!! Understand it'll take a little bit longer. Fast forward to us being told glasses will ne ready on a Friday, then was called and said that following Wednesday. Stopped in was told they were the next up and "they would be done in an hour or so and we'll call you." No call came....no call Thursday or Friday. Called Monday, still not ready..then later Monday evening they are FINALLY ready. We asked why it took so long....no answer yet as to the delay. Still waiting for Ashley to call back.
