Julie was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and me with selecting our eyeglasses. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The optometrist was excellent, but the experience with the retail staff completely overshadowed the visit. The service here is horrible and they just don't seem to care! Because of the store's mistake, I now have to make another trip to have my lenses replaced. Something was etched on my lens that I did not ask for. That's a significant inconvenience, especially after paying for designer frames. To make matters worse, I wasn't even given the case that should have come with them. I don't need the staff to be "cool", I need them to know what they're doing!

I worked with Leigha she help me through me being indecisive on what I should get, she keep a great conversation along the way and to top it all off Her and Her coworkers educated me on my eye prescription. Hands down won me over will start being a repeated customer

The optometrist was very kind and thorough. However, I was told by the girl who orders your frames, because I have a high prescription I needed to upgrade to the ‘high index lenses and then the lens wouldn’t stick out of the frame.’ So I did just that. Guess what? Went to pick up my glasses and the lenses stick WAY out of the frames on both sides. The nice young man who I was dealing with tonight was kind and explained it’s because of the high script, which I fully understand. My problem is, do not tell patients to spend more money for the lenses to not stick out, when they still will. I did not ask about refunding my insurance and the extra $ I paid, but I will be contacting a manager on Monday and contacting my insurance since I was deceived into getting lenses that still are so thick I will not wear the glasses.
